I urgently recommend you to overwrite that application. I'm not responsible for these things, but there are more lies than letters.
1) You have neither engaged, nor seen a CIA process at all.
2) You were in a few other groups.
3) You told us the reason of why we focus, but yet not WHAT we are focussing on.

Make it more decent and then your chances will increase.
