Not following these rules will lead to punishment.
- Don't perform criminal activities while in the CIA or applying.
- When suspected, immediately surrender and ask for an investigation.
- Don't lower the reputation of the CIA by breaking rules.

- Don't distribute illegal objects such as narcotics or firearms.
