Rules when applying

Read these simple rules before making an application..

- You may not be in any criminal organization while applying, nor armies or other factions. (SAPD allowed)
- We have every right to deny your application.
- Bumping your topic is allowed.
- You are allowed to post in other applications, just don't post negative reactions to ruin it. (Complaints about an applicant go to my PM)
- Only make an application if you decide that you are active enough to assist the CIA.
